Cancellation and Refund
At Aura Jewells, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the item is dispatched.

To request cancellation, please email us at support@aurajewells.in or call us at 9871934021 with your order number.
b. After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

You may, however, be eligible for a return or replacement under our Return Policy (see below).
c. Custom/Personalized Orders

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.

Please double-check all specifications before placing such orders.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility

The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging with all tags, bills, certificates, and accessories

b. Process

Email us at support@aurajewells.in with:

Order number

Reason for return

Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/incorrect products)

Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process:

A replacement (if available), or
-
A refund (as per the policy below)

3. Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following cases:

Order cancelled before dispatch

Returned item meets return eligibility criteria

Order is not delivered due to unforeseen reasons and returned to us
b. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.)

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer. We will require your account details to process this.
c. Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

It may take additional time (3–7 working days) for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, replacement or refund:

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery

Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Items returned without original packaging, certificate, or invoice
5. Important Notes

Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims.

We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.

Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
