6. Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

   a. Returns & Replacements

  • Return/replacement is only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Requests must be made within  3-5 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with tags and invoice.

   b. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • For custom or made-to-order jewelry, cancellation is not accepted once production has begun.
