At Aura Jewells, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer shipping across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

  • If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and provide alternative options.


2. Delivery Timeframes

   a. Ready-to-Ship Jewellery

  • Orders for in-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

   b. Custom or Made-to-Order Jewellery

  • Customised items (including engraving or bespoke designs) may take 7–15 business days for production.

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout or via email.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen delays by courier partners.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

  • In case of expedited shipping requests, additional charges may apply (based on availability).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track the status of your shipment on our website or directly through the courier partner’s site.


5. Packaging & Safety

  • All jewellery is packed securely in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Each order includes the product, invoice, and any certification (e.g., BIS Hallmark, diamond authentication) as applicable.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost, or a refund (minus shipping and handling fees) can be processed, as per our Refund Policy.


7. Delays & Exceptions

   We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

   However, our team will proactively communicate any major delays and assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues.


8. Order Acceptance & Verification

  • Orders may require verification for security purposes before dispatch.

  • We may contact you via phone or email to confirm details before shipping high-value or custom orders.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.

  • Contact our support team immediately at support@aurajewells.in with your order number and photographs of the package.
